At Beauty line & Aesthetic studio your appointment is very important to us.
Prior to each appointment, time and preparation is often needed by our team so that we can give you the best possible service during your visit. The studio takes your appointment as a verbal contract and in turn, it is reserved especially for you.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the salon misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive studio services.
For this reason, please be advised that the studio will require a deposit £50, (as shown in the salons Deposit Policy), at time of booking. We respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the salon before 48 h to avoid losing your deposit.
For courses booking we ask deposit £500
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give the salon at least “1 week ” notice that you need to cancel or re-schedule your study with us.
For a quick and easy way and save you coming into the salon, we are now able to take deposits via our bank transfer.
We have tried to put off introducing a Deposit Policy for a long time, but unfortunately the missed appointments are becoming more frequent and add up, so we have had to do what is in the best interest of the business, staff and our existing clients.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 30% will be required to secure an appointment for any services booked at the salon, the deposit will be taken at the time of booking of the appointment. The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY – “48 HOURS” NOTICE PLEASE
We understand everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you have to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give as much notice as possible, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment for your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.
If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice your deposit we will be lost.
We know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons, however, our therapist run busy columns and a late cancellation or a no-show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list loses out. We will happily re-book a new appointment for you as soon as possible though the following may apply:
We may request a deposit for future services.
We reserve the right to charge the full price of the appointment missed due to a late cancellation or a no-show.
